Hi folks,
I need to cut a hole 60-70mm dia. in the wall of my concrete shed, so any recommendations for a suitable hole cutter & would a mains powered drill (12mm chuck & hammer action capability) be up to the job of driving it ?
Given the my single usage of the tool would it be better/feasible to hire ?

Thanks all.

Is it solid concrete (sectional garage style) or aerated concrete blocks?
If the latter, stitch drill it (hammer drill should manage, though it'll be tedious) or hire a core drill (your hammer drill is unlikely to survive a core bit without letting the magic smoke out)
If the former, beware- there will be steel reinforcing bars in each panel, best avoided.

Don't hammer drill (stitch) a sectional concrete garage, the panel will spall and fracture around the holes.

Get a cheap diamond bit or a cheaper TCT

Whether the drill is up to it, will depend on the drill make/model
