We have a Baxi Bahama 100 in the new house we have just moved into. It heats the rads no problem. The issue we have is with the hot water.

If we want a bath we have to run the tap first at high pressure to ignite the boiler then at a very low pressure to ensure that hot water comes out. We can't run it at a sensible pressure. It takes an eternity to run a bath as we have to keep the pressure of the hot tap so low.

Is this a common fault? Someone told me that this happened with all combi's but I never had this problem im my last house. The boiler is in the same room as the bath so it doesn't have to tr4avel far.
