Hey norcon, it was only a couple of years ago you were shouting the odds about the benefits of cheap immigrant labour.

True but I've copped on they are not totally beneficial. We've no foreign labourers now. We sub guys in.

Working at a food processing factory at the moment and nearly all foreigners. Mostly lithunian.
Saturday work only when the plant shuts down and today also.
 
Guys we had were good workers. I couldn't say a bad word about them.
Language barrier caused problems though.
 
But you said they weren't totally beneficial, and you've got shut of them now so what happened to change your mind on them. You used to be pretty bullish even obnoxious at times as to the benefits of cheap foreign labour iirc and I do.
 
We ran out of work for them. So were doing less now but doing OK.
There was £50k spent last year on new plant. :D
