Title says it all. It's time to fit a window in my single leaf concrete wall. The hole is out of square so I plan to correct this with 100mm treated timber on just 2 sides.

I'm not sure how the sills go in and how do I waterproof the window?

The exterior is cladco roofing sheet metal with L-shaped 90-degree corner trims. The interior of the building will be studwork timber, rigid insulation and plasterboard.

I used odd-leg UPVC windows on my cladded shed, meaning I didn't have to bother with openings trims, regards the cladding....

Lots of YouTube videos showing install process , you can fix sill to frame before installing as one or screw down sill and offer frame on top .
Concrete screws to sides offer easy install but if you are putting in timber then you can use wood screws .
Make sure screws don’t distort frame when tightening .
