Can anyone give me a rough price for installation of 24KW High Condensing Boiler, in London.

3 bed semi - replace old boiler with new.

Cheers, Stephen

RULE9) Please don't ask costs / prices (Ball park figure). Get several quotes, then you will know for sure

This is because it depends on several factors:
Your location, Access to job, material costs, labour rate etc, any prices mentioned should not be relied upon / maybe old prices
Please get several quotes
There is no such thing as an "average" house (since your requirments will be different)

Where is RULE 9 ?

I was asking for for a rough idea - if there is a rule #9 - I still can't see how I've broken it.

I would like an idea from a CORGI guy - straight swap, in London.

It's not "rocket science"

£4500.00. I'll give a discount for decent coffee and quality biccies.

Rule 9 is hidden covertly behind RULES hidden at the top of the page

OK Iam corgi registered, £1000 plus travel ;)

Travel.....I never thought of that. Put another grand on for me.

P.S. Don't like Sports biscuits and deffo no Rich Tea.

My CORGIE is willing to swap over my broken Baxi for another one I buy for £200 labour.

Keep in mind thought he feels bad because I paid him £2,500 for the Baxi he picked out and installed and a year and a half later, it's now cheaper to get a new one that get this one repaired.

That's £1,666 per year not including gas costs heating has cost me so far -- and to think I could have bought a couple of 20 quid electric heaters instead ;)

Would that be CORGI the gas safety watchdog?

We charge £840 plus boiler for most combi replacements but this seems to be far too expensive for most people. The East Europeans do it for about £200.

BBC program or is it not called that these days?

A straight combi for combi swap would be around £1800 + VAT my way all in;)

"Straight Combi Swaps" have taken me between 3 hours and 4 days...
