How much would a spark charge to change a CU

hi i had my Consumer Unit changed by a friend who's nic registered, it took him around 3 hrs.. After he had finished I asked him how much I should pay him.

His response was that "should pay him what I feel is right" and left it at that. I don't want to pay him less but dnt really have a figure in mind.

So my question to sparks out there, how much would you charge for 3hrs labour?
Manchester rates please and was just a straight forward replacement.

Sorry should have been more clear, it was just labour I supplied all parts. The circuit board was a wylex
