How to refill vaillant boiler with no switch

I need to add water into the boiler to pressurise after removing a radiator. Can anyone tell me which valves I need to open from the picture below? (flexible looping pipe is internal and can be seen in the top left of the photo attached)
Any help appreciated.

Forget that, yes it is the slot headed screws

what model boiler is it?
I would say that the black wheel, with a cross head screw, would be favourite.
Top and toward right of your pic.

For gods sake no!!!

You'll take the bottom out of the check valve and get very wet!!! It's the screwdriver slot in the middle of the square brass part, will try and find you the user manual..
