Lose the mesh!
I have a wet vac with flexible hose and two tube extenders.
Onto those I've fixed an inverted U cobbled with 40mm bends and it works to some degree (single storey building).
I've tried jet washing but the mess afterwards was incredible......got me a management warning

Your RWP's should discharge into trapped gullies - the end of the down pipe stops a little above the gulley grate.

Hope you dont mind but FWIW: when climbing a ladder then always have someone else footing the ladder. Dont stretch when cleaning the gutter - if you cant comfortably reach then move the ladder.

Locally a guy uses a leaf blower connected to down pipe configed like a snorkel and blows all debris clear without need for ladders.
They can also be bought as a kit.
