How to tell if a circuit is on an RCD?

The regs on supp bonding in section 701 don't mention zones anymore;
Local supplementary equipotential bonding according to reg 415.2 shall be established connecting together the terminals of the protective conductor of each circuit supplying Class I and Class II equipment to the accessable extraneous conductive parts, within a room containing a bath or shower, including the following:
It then gives some examples of extraneous conductive parts, then goes on to say the conditions for omitting supp bonding.

So....I do have to bond, and it should always have been bonded?

If it was done to the 16th edn regs then yes, it should have been supplementary bonded, even if was only the pipework that needed it.

If done to the 17th edn regs then if all circuits of the location are RCD protected and all pipework is effectively bonded back to the MET via main protective bonding (need to confirm this via measurement) then supplementary bonding may be omitted.
