We moved into this house a year ago and soon discovered that there was a leak in the wall when the shower diverter is set to the wall shower head, rather than the dumper head. Through trial and error, we have discovered that the concealed shower model is a Hudson Reed Clio A3025 which has an integrated diverter. in addition, the caps on the control knobs are both pretty wobbly!

We would therefore like to simply purchase a replacement and fit the new one to hopefully resolve the issue until we can have the whole lot ripped out and replaced.

However, we have no instructions and have looked on the HR site but there are no fitting instructions for this model.

How do we get into the fitting? It looks like the grub screw on one control might be covered in silicon so we can unpick this and unscrew, but the thermostat control doesn’t seem to have one.

Any ideas?

We are used to Aqualisa, much easier! Thanks in advance

Hi 1066girl,

Ok, so the thermostat should have a grub screw under the cap (raised dimple). The bottom control looks more like limescale, so may prove difficult to remove. I would soak with some wd-40 or oil first, leave for approx 5 minutes and try.
