Stand on the left hand side of the machine, and the blade spins clockwise,
and the teeth cut downwards at the front.
 
agree with the above, if the blade snatches the workpiece, it is flicked away from the user.

unless it travels past 180 degrees that is. :shock: :D
 
the teeth always pull the work towards the baseplate/table at the feed in point whether its a jigsaw a circular saw tablesaw chopsaw with the odd exception like worktop down cut blades in a jigsaw

even if you installed the blade on backwards it will still push the work onto the table at the front as it burns/rips it way through the workpeice

if the blade is comming up at the front its not only wrong its dangerous :roll:
 
normally a bloody big arrow on the machine to give a clue
