Well its slow going but im getting through it....reset the SmartCom (5 presses on the wifi button does it) - i think ive got round the UDL lockout...i added the UDL passkey in again and it seems to have gone. Ive generated the app id number but now i need an installer id...i went back to the texe site and logged in but i cant see it anywhere.
I want to fit a new alarm panel to existing system (Ed.)

Previous guy has given me his installer code so i can press on tonight...
Slow going this is....so the installer code worked. The app passkey is in. Now im stuck on the app "Error access to panel denied" ive tried the engineer code, the master code...googled for it but cant see anything...anyone got an idea of where this setting is?
