Somebody, somewhere will test it. But its not redundant its capability based (I think thats what you meant anyway). They are no longer able to perform the duties of the job.

They are claiming that employees are, in effect, making themselves redundant by refusing the vaccine.
Looks like no payouts planned.
“Employers will not be concerned with finding ‘suitable alternative employment’ and there will be no redundancy entitlements, including payments, whether statutory or contractual, triggered by this process."

Their employment would be terminated, they have not resigned.

Stop your idiotic foolish nonsense ffs. They were given a simple, easy option to continue in there employment - an essential jab, if they refuse, they have resigned.

Which means the nhs will have to SACK thousands of people.
People do things every day that result in them getting sacked. drugs, drink driving, smoking inside etc. theft etc.. laziness, external personal pressures etc. they don't lose benefits as a result.
They have until 3rd of February I think?
What morons would bring that upon themselves? They will face dismissal . Which means the nhs will have to SACK thousands of people.
we’re about to find out. And I suspect we’re not far away from finding out who the real morons are. What morons would bring that upon themselves?
It takes a few minutes, costs nowt, relatively painless and harmless.
No brainer.
So you keep repeating.we’re about to find out.

we’re about to find out. And I suspect we’re not far away from finding out who the real morons are.
