IP65 GU10 downlighter over shower enclosure...

We have recently added a shower enclosure to a previously unused corner of the bathroom. Currently there is one of these fittings mounted in the ceiling above the enclosure with a CFL bulb:

Is this acceptable? Or does it need to be changed to an ELV fitting or be on a 30mA RCD?

Actually while I think of it too...

The shower pump is an Aqualisa Quartz jobbie mounted in the loft and fed from an 3A Switched FCU in the airing cupboard off the upstairs ring. Should this have a DP pull cord isolator switch in the bathroom like the previous electric shower over the bath had? :confused:
