Iron rods

Hi,

I'm after some iron rods to use to support to some timber planks in the garden.
I was thinking of the rods they use to strengthen brick walls.
Does anyone know where I can get hold of these rods or suggest anything else I can use??

Well if they are used for brickwork, I think a good place to start would be a builders merchant.

If its just black mild steel rod that you want look for "steel stockholders" in yellow pages.
