Looks like it to me. Civil war may soon break out.

Totally the opposite of Syria.

When Mubarak was ousted the people thought a secular or at least sympathetic to secular govt was going to take power instead edogan has cranked up the radical islamic rules and is on his way to bringing in sharia. The population neither expected nor want this hence the revolt.

In Syria radicals are trying to oust a secular govt
In Egypt a secular population are trying to oust a sharia sympathetic govt.

Islam eh?

The similarity is 'two camps' that are likely to start fighting each other.

Fook knows where the army fit in.

In reality Egypt is going back to 'Mubarak' law ie a tyranical dictatorship because the Islamists have been warned if they don't sort out their problems pronto then the military are going to take control with a Military Coup.

And to think we've olny just rid one country Lybia of a militaristic despot rule.

If only we could just give up on the middle east and leave them all and their 'religion of peace' to sort out amongst themselves.

Except you have to feel so sorry for the ones on the wrong side in each conflict out there. No prisoners of war just dragged into the street for your head sawing off.

and so the circle of violence will forever continue.

One has to wonder how many people are REAL Muslims ie they believe what the religion has to say,
.. and how many are muslims because they are terrified not to be>

Not very civil if you ask me.

I say old chap I'm going to kill you.

Top hole you rotter , well go on then.

Will it be my turn next?

When the oil runs out we can, if we've any sense. There'll be nothing there for us by then.

Something tells me, though, that we won't be able to resist sticking our noses in just as we always have done.

The thing that spoils egypt is its full of egyptians sh#te hole of a country filled with people that would rob there own granny.

Between 1950 - 1960 we got about 80% of our oil from the middle east.
Today we use about 2% of oil from the middle east with the bulk coming from Norway.

The real concern, Mr. Mork says, is what will happen when Norway’s massive oil supply runs out. And it will run out, he adds, declining over the next 25 to 30 years until it becomes “trivial.”

Have our politicians worked out yet where we will be buying oil from 30 years from now?
With inflation and rising oil prices a gallon will probably cost about 50 quid!

With a bit of luck we wont need oil or petrol in 30years.

I'm afraid it's very unlikely I'll be needing anything in 30 years, except perhaps a wooden box. :(

Whether we need it or not there won't be any CHEAP oil.

Says Joe 90, chief oil geologist, and general uneducated merchant of doom. Oh well I'm sure God will help us out.

Oh, sorry forgot to answer the OP, who honestly cares about Syria or Egypt. Bad stuff no doubt, but I really couldn't care less. Sure you'll bang on about oil prices, but yaaaaawn, uninteresting, let them all kick the crap outta each other.

Exactly my attitude. The Middle East should be a no-go area for all civilised people. We don't need them. Let them continue to live in their own little mediaeval world.

So when the unrest spreads to Saudi and Kuwait you won't care?

Better get your bike out.
