TBH, it doesn't look as though you've got much headroom there.

Funnily enough I thought the same when I posted the picture, however, when in the loft earlier it felt much bigger so maybe the angle of the picture gives a bad perspective.
Maybe I'm best just putting a loft hatch/ladder in and boarding it out for light storage. If I can convert at an OK price and have some headroom that would be preferable though as space is always good!
