The football analogy doesn't really apply, a team that plays long ball would prefer a lumpy pitch to one that tries to play it on the ground.

But the team that plays it on the ground are a more skilled team..... Each have their strengths

Then the other team deserves to lose for not adapting. Is there a reason they can’t play the long ball game?

Hence why teams have squads, The managers job is to pick the right team to play said team on said pitch.

You have no answers so down the rabbit hole you go :ROFLMAO:

What do you think we should do Notch? How can we save ourselves? Not asking would could have happened but what do you think we should do now?

His employees?

In that case why did the Government issue furlough payments, BBL loans etc.

It should be adapt or die.

Just be honest to yourself and see what you have posted in your blind loyalty to Brexit.

A local restaurant to me have turned the Pub/restaurant into selling produce like top quality meat and veg etc etc.. They have adapted using their skills and with a bit of oomph they seem to be doing a rawing trade.

No one, and I mean literally no one, knows how this will play out for the UK over the next decade. Stating the obvious but come 2030 if things are going swimmingly for us we'll have various 'experts', politicians and armchair know-it-alls saying told you so, equally if it goes belly up for us we'll have various 'experts', politicians and armchair know-it-alls saying told you so.

As with any massive change/transition, there are going to be winners and losers here in the UK over the coming years. Anyone who thought otherwise was deluded and/or misinformed at best.

Wrong

Every UK business that trades with Europe will face higher costs. (Except NI)
EU businesses can find new suppliers inside the Single Market
would this not happen the other way as well?

Don’t waste your time asking Notchy, Lally, Gally or Johnnybigmileage what should be done. They can only rub their hands with glee and say what shouldnt have happened, after the event.

And yet brexiteers still fail to tell us what they would lose if we had kept the 'status quo'...

There will not be winners in the UK, bar the richest few who will make a killing...

The rest of the UK population will all be losers!
