It's like pulling teeth...

Well, actually, it would have been easier to pull my damn tooth out. We live in the Highlands and in my area there arnt any NHS dentists, in fact the 3 private ones have a 4 year waiting list.

I banged my tooth at home and need root canal (nice eh?), but the NHS wouldnt do it. Private will cost £300 approx so I complained. NHS manager phoned me and told me "OK you can go to the hospital and get it done". Actually its not the hospital, its a portacabin in need of repair parked round the back of the hospital.

This has taken 3 weeks to sort out and now I have to have root canal in a portacabin, it would have been easier to do what thet guy in the papers did, get p****d and pull them out with pliers!!

What a farce...

ooh snap! Doncaster royal infirmary has one of those, for the same purpose!
 
My dentist told me that root canel work is rarely succesful on back teeth.
