johnson and starley warm air

GREAT WARMTH IN THE DOWNSTAIRS LOUNGE DINING ROOM KITCHEN, UPSTAIRS 4 BEDROOMS 10 DEGREES LESS, BALANCED CORRECTLY, AIR FLOW SEEMS TO DIMINISH AS IT FLOWS ALONG DUCTS,

WOULD I RECOMMEND IT ? YES IN A BUNGALOW, NOT IN A HOUSE.

I have to disagree with you there.

The whole problem with your system is that it is NOT balanced.

Can I suggest a simple test for you to do as a DIYer?

Totally block up the lounge vent and then all the hot air will be directed to the bedrooms!

Please do that and then tell us if that does not happen.

Would you recommend it? Do you understand the problem, or are you making wild assumptions?

Most warm air is in two storey buildings, and in the South East, 3 storey townhouses are common.

A properly installed system will work properly; a badly installed system, or one that the owner has fiddled with and unwittingly made worse, will not be so successful.

A bungalow is not necessarily the answer, I'd advise you to keep the upper floor for now.

DUE FOR FIRST ANNUAL CHECKUP THIS MONTH, I WILL ASK - AGAIN - TO ENSURE THE BALANCE IS CORRECT, SUPPLIER ARE A LONG STANDING COMPANY WHO SPECIALISE IN WARM AIR HEATING AND I STILL WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS ......

Kindly turn your Caps lock off. There is no need to shout.

If it is something you always do, it's HABIT.

Now I really must find a BUNGALOW to fit a WARM AIR HEATER into.
