Kitchen lights keeps cutting out

Hi.

Im my kitchen i have 3 spot lights and one old strip light and all work off the same lights swich ! Sometimes when the lights are on the 3 spot lights go off for about 30 seconds and then come back on, the strip light stay on all the time ! Im not to clued up on Electrics but if anyone can help that will be good .

Do the spots run off a transformer?

Yes 1 x transformer for all 3 light ( been in loft and had a look )

What is the rating of the transformer?

What are the ratings of the bulbs?

has it always done this, or is it new behaviour?

Have you recently changed any bulbs?

Have you recently changed anything else to do with the wiring, or added loft insulation?

Does the transformer feel hot?
