I don't get the asserted correlation with the George Floyd case. Putting aside the kind of man he was, George was killed by a police officer.
George Floyd died of cardiopulmonary arrest caused by law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck and back compression. Medical experts determined the primary mechanism was asphyxiation (lack of oxygen), which occurred after former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for over nine minutes
Henry Nowak's tragic case bears little resemblance. He had ostensibly already been killed (fatal injuries) not by a police officer, but by stab wounds inflicted by Vickrum Digwa.
It was disgusting that Henry wasn't offered assistance, wasn't believed, and hearing the police officer say 'I don't think so mate' was almost unbelievable.
However to bring the Floyd case in on the Nowak discussion to me makes almost zero sense.
