I suspect that few understand the amount of exercise needed to burn excess calories. Is there a difference to muscle retention if you eat it and poo it out (fat loss jab) or don't eat it (and burn fact and protein)
I'd expect it to be the same. Of course anyone who visits a gym will know that muscle burns calories, so more muscle = more food.
Of course just normal day-to-day living burns calories. I'm referring to excess calories.
To burn 1,000 calories, you'll need significant time and intense activity, such as running for about 60–90 minutes, cycling for 70 minutes of intense effort, or engaging in two 30-minute HIIT sessions. The exact duration and type of exercise depend heavily on your weight, fitness level, and the specific activity's intensity.
