Labour Party Conference summary...

Is there a difference to muscle retention if you eat it and poo it out (fat loss jab) or don't eat it (and burn fact and protein)

I'd expect it to be the same. Of course anyone who visits a gym will know that muscle burns calories, so more muscle = more food.
I suspect that few understand the amount of exercise needed to burn excess calories.
Of course just normal day-to-day living burns calories. I'm referring to excess calories.

To burn 1,000 calories, you'll need significant time and intense activity, such as running for about 60–90 minutes, cycling for 70 minutes of intense effort, or engaging in two 30-minute HIIT sessions. The exact duration and type of exercise depend heavily on your weight, fitness level, and the specific activity's intensity.

Agree you just cannot out exercise a bad diet.

But your BMR will increase if you are fitter and have more muscle. Resting muscle burns calories.
HIIT also creates EPOC, which also burns calories.

During my ultra days, I would burn about 6kg in a day, despite drinking about 6-8 litres of water. Even having rehydrated I'd still be 4kg down.

This barrier posits that the Labour Party, at their conference, is guilty of incitement to violence against Nigel Farage and Reform members. He says that we should report this to the police, the relevant authority being Merseyside Police. I'm seriously thinking of doing this.

We have seen an increase in violence by tier ones against tier twos recently; think Charlie Kirk; Iryna Zarutska and on Thursday the Jews in Manchester.

Why hasn't he reported it, but expects you to?

:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

I wouldn't want this guy as my lawyer. When did right wingers become such cry babies.

Yesterday, we had another right wing poster claiming that telling somebody to "f--- off and die" was a crime.

What is happening to the poor little snowflakes.

When did right wingers become such cry babies.

They always were.

They like it their own way, and can't deal with an opposing viewpoint.
The lack of serious debate, refuting of peer-reviewed or credible evidence, goalpost shifting, and ad homs nicely demonstrates that

as the fittest member on here in both strength and looks I can say with cetainty that you know nothing about fitness at all and doubt you know your way around a gym let alone go to one.

"as the fittest member on here"
You've misspelt "thickest". :ROFLMAO:
It's taken you three days to think up a response to my comment.

You illustrate your understanding of the subject with your ludicrous comment.
Strength and looks has nothing at all to do with fitness.

Keep 'em coming, you're proving your idiocy with each successive nonsensical post.

Was it Hull Uni you claimed to go to? What were you doing there, cleaning the lampposts? :D
