Is there a difference to muscle retention if you eat it and poo it out (fat loss jab) or don't eat it (and burn fact and protein)My view on it:
it is very popular with the exact age group - early fifties - who are at that point where they're predisposed to losing muscle. Chopping food intake is only going to make that worse. And decent muscle mass is a key indicator of longer life expectancy and better quality of life in later years.
I would not be at all surprised if there's a serious sting in the tail with this stuff, in the coming years.

I'd expect it to be the same. Of course anyone who visits a gym will know that muscle burns calories, so more muscle = more food.
muscle retention

So they burn protein and fat in exactly the same way as a person dieting. My understanding of the current weight loss jab - Munjaro (sic?) - is that you don't want to eat at all.
Certainly, the people who I know who are on it say it stops "food noise" (the inner chat saying "there's a bag of crisps in the cupboard!"-type stuff).
Completely different mechanism from the ones where you can't absorb fat (and, if you do eat it, it comes out in an "uncontrolled" manner)
The above based on my talking to those who are taking the stuff.
100% and of course they will be more likely to gain weight with less muscle if they stop.My point is that the age group are those whose declining testosterone means they are losing muscle anyway (unless they are actively working to maintain or build it).
The age-related muscle loss will only be accelerated if, not only are they not actively exercising to counter it, they're also in a significant calorie deficit through not eating as much in the first place.

'Pay hundreds of billions for foreign nationals to live off the state for ever, or Labour will call you racist.’ Zia Yusef.they will all have sore throats at shouting "RACIST" all day long, - I don't think they have done much else

He's such a waffling loser, and we know why all know why he is in that position. All publicity is good public, I’m surprised they haven’t had more of a go at Lammi though

I refer you to my previous post to your fellow mate Notch, as you too believe money grows on trees, enough for everyone. If you haven't done the maths on this cost alone then you are not facing the facts.Less than a trillion to support people "for ever": that sound like a bargain.
Or, just hysterical bowlogs from yet another fact-free Reform grifter![]()
I dont see the relevance of the question, you are framing as though its an either or option, its notDo you think regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet causes the same side effects?
oh really?when a country is business driven, and yes i believe Reform are closer to this,
so you dont agree with Reform saying they would scrap the 2 child capWhy? Because we are not a country of welfare supporting the lazy
you mean like water privatisationPolicies ignore cost, long term sustainability, or measurable return
When a country is run like a business eg driven by money and measurable results(like most business you and i have ever worked that are successful)
I dont see the relevance of the question, you are framing as though its an either or option, its not
people who are mentally or physically able to exercise and have balanced diet, do so
Mountjaro is for people whose choice is being morbidly obese and type 2 or taking a tablet -I have heard phone ins where people say its a miracle and has given them back a life, it changes their relationship with food and some are able to give up the tablets
as you too believe money grows on trees
