How is that term used in the wiring regs. now?
This reminds me of the oft-repeated "like for like replacement" phrase which was being thrown around regularly before the Part P notification changes, despite the fact that nowhere in the regulations did the term "like for like" even appear.
I may be wrong, but AFAIAA the phrase is not used at all in BS7671 (and probably with good reason, since defining it sensibly would probably be next-to-impossible!).
