Large 60m2 Outbuilding ok under PD?

I’m looking at replacing a garage on my property with a large office/workshop, thinking 6Mx10M. Double skin block wall insulated and insulated slab/roof. I’m happy to work to building regs as I know this is required on a build this size.

Am I right in thinking that as long as it doesn’t take up over half the garden (nowhere near), isn’t over 2.5M then I’m all good to build one this large without planning? It will be built in a corner right next to the fence of my two neighbours. Thanks!

If there property has permitted development rights, then you can build as long as the structure complies with the permitted development criteria.
