Been straining with ton bags and strained stomach. Worried getting hernia. Back also been playing up. Is it best to use just small bags. Stop trying to hoick ton bags on roof of van and lift properly. When is over straining?

They arent 1 ton bags, they only hold around 750-800kgs of aggregate.

Stop making a fuss and get on with it (y)

You will be moaning its too hot next :ROFLMAO:

i would pay to see you lift a ton bag filled with a ton of material, as you would be breaking a lot of records. lift what you can comfortably manage FGS.

No. Its best to use at least ton bags.
Far more efficient.
Whats in the ton bags? A load of waste that you fly tip unto someone else's property?

use a long pole through ton bags on each end and lift 2 of them lol

I'm pretty sure they are not supposed to be lifted by humans, but by cranes from the back of a lorry.
Unless they are full of polystyrene lol.
