Yes you're right, one is on the far right and one is leftish middle. Is that a big job to get fixed?
It seems that the 'other light/switch' is getting (via that link) its live feed from the circuit supplying the problem light. That will have to be changed so that it gets it's live from its own (proper) circuit. That will involve a bit of new wiring, but probably won't be too big a job.
