i have one light with two switch's tryed to add another light but when i turn the light off the new light comes on and the other way round can someone help many thanks.........wires into switch are 4, 2 earth

Where did you take the feed for the new light from?
from one of the switch in the hallway
i want the lights to come on and off the same time there are 2red wires to com, one wire to l1 and the other one to l2 can anyone help.................
Unless there is a neutral at the switch (very unlikely), you cannot connect a light there.
The additional light will have to be connected to the existing light.

so just run it off the existing light at the other end of the hallway............
