The method of cut and paste or sensible quoting/editing makes sense. If it is a detailed inquiring post with a multifaceted query, how can it possibly make sense to quote the whole paragraph, each time you wish to answer a point, rather than just select each point in question.

The imprecise rules of English Grammar, as taught to school kids, have move on a bit since the 70s. Not that any of this is relevant to the fact he denied editing quotes and evidence to the contrary was provided.

Here is the tree, the interjection (INTJ) is standalone from the question (SQ). There is no modifier, even in the second model. "So" or "So you are saying".. and of course the context is that it had already twice been denied.

I don't see the relevance. You asked a very closed question about a very specific new point. You received a very closed answer. I know that can be frustrating. People do it to me sometimes. What you should have then done is ask a more open question to clarify what was meant.
