Loft Extension - Lifting Steels

Hi all
Not sure if anyone can help but i need to know if there is anything on the market at the moment that would take the pain and strain out of lifting steels into place for my loft extension.
These steels are very heavy, the ground level ones will be ok because we can move these relatively easy but i can forsee a bit of a problem when we have to lift the top ones. I have acrows and all that but not convinced we have the muscle power.
Do you know of anything that would lift them mechanically??
