Lost EIC

What do you guys do if a client looses an EIC (NICEIC NCR sheets!)?
Do you just photocopy your copies, or do you write out new ones?
How much (if anything) do you charge?

Write a new one from records. I would not charge - good will is quite valuable, as is repeat business. And the customer doesn't charge me for tea and biscuits!
