It would be interesting to know just what the makeup of that £78,000 was. Foodstuffs should be sent to charity at least. It's a pity we don't still feed waste food to pigs although the amount of processed stuff people get through would probably make that a poor idea.
Of course that £78,000 could just be imported Chinese seasonal tat which in its self says a lot about over supply in our consumer society.
