My mates having a log cabin built. The plumber has fitted plastic pipes throughout the whole installation. Would this mean there wouldnt be any main bonding & would n/a be written on the EIC regarding the main bonding.

Yup, providing the the whole installation is done in plastic it does not require bonding.
Are there any other metal services coming into the cabin? (gas supply, structural steelwork etc)
