man hole in middle of planned extension

Hi Chaps,

Im planning to double the size of my kitchen, at the moment im just doodling with ideas, however, I currently have an external inspection chamber 500mm from my external ktchen wall, which would be in the middle of a proposed new kitchen.

Im wondering, what would be better, and is it possible, either keeping it in the same position and having a double sealed cover, or relocating it around 2 metres further from boundry (mahoosive job I know). Any advise is apretiated

We try and reposition any i.c.'s where applicable, otherwise use a screw down double seal cover.
