the solution to the migration problem (along with many other problems the UK face at present) would be to halt our ridiculous benefit system, get rid of the benefit system and these migrants would loose their attraction to come here. (and lazy britain would have to get a job or go hungry)

why would the French be interested in stopping migrants leaving?

if there were thousands of migrants in UK trying to get on boats to go to France would you be wanting UK govt to stop them leaving?
