On my Ethos 7901 domestic minor works certificate below the box for the RCD rating is a box marked

"opertation of equipment"

Is this form the RCD trip time?

What sort of form are you using? Can you post a pic? The IEE ones don't appear to have this box.

sorry, i've not managed to get a pic up but its the Ethos 7901 domestic minor works certificate (bought from CEF) and in the "Part 3 Essential Tests" it lists...

Earth Continuity
Polarity
Insulation resistance
Earth fault loop impedance
RCD rated residential current
Operation of equipment ????

I assume this relates to wether the installation actually works.

i.e. does the light switch actually switch the light on? etc.
