I have seen plenty mismatched
Any practising spark may have views which are relevant or not relevant.
Any person qualified to any degree of qualifications may have views which are relevant or not relevant.

Federal are usually bad as the lid has to be cut to get the newer breakers in
Kempston controls claim the current production (and bloody expensive) pods are type A. No idea if that was always the case.
Quite common really, often expected rather than rare.
