Did anyone see in the paper (sun) there was a copper in an horse box with a speed gun, i thought they had to be visible, or is it just a way of making revenue

Getting back onto the original subject of the post;
The Telegraph published the ACPO guidelines for speed prosecutions on Saturday, following the digitisation of the M25 gantry cameras. Basically it is 10% plus 2 mph.
By the by, our local Fixed speed camera was given the old flaming tyre treatment on Saturday night, the Arsonists also poured petrol into the main box through the rear lock. Has made a right mess of it!
