Hi

I have had some structural work done and inevitably the mortar on the new parts of the wall are brighter and more yellow than the original mortar which has the best part of 50 years of grime and weathering.

I was told by a guy who does pointing that there is a product on the market that can be used to re-colour the mortar, but I have forgotten the name of it (possibly Silka?).

Can anyone advise on a suitable product to tone down the new mortar and make it look more aged?

I've attached a picture of the areas concerned; outlined in green is the target [old] mortar and the new is outlined in red.

All replies appreciated. Thanks
