Possibly worth checking if they're NICEIC registered? If not shop em, I'm sure they'd like to populate their wall of shame even more...
I've seen that a few times, really new?
I've looked on the NICEIC web site and cant find any stickers saying Domestic Contractor.
Yep, normally says Domestic Installer, not Contractor.
