Can anyone help with this one. I have just fitted a shower that runs from my combi boiler. However, the hot water delivered from the shower head does not seem to be as hot as it used to be? I am totally lost and any advice would be much appreciated.

Austin.

You need to describe the new shower and the old shower. For example are they both thermostatic? Have you read the instructions?

Could be because the maximum temperature of the new shower is limited to meet current regs whilst the old one wasn't.

And often the temperature calibration doesn't get done at the factory, its left for us to do.

Thanks for your replies. I will go back and have a look at the instructions and with your advice see if I can resolve things - thanks.

Got a thermometer, it may just be a mis perception ;)
