New Sockets - How to Wire?

Hi

I have one double electrical socket in my bedroom, but want to add another.

In the past, I've wired in fused spurs to existing sockets, but in this case, I want to wire it into the electrical loop, but I'm not entirely sure of how this is arranged.

Could someone explain how I do this properly please? Thanks.

Not to add extra sockets. I'm just trying to demonstrate that I've done similar work, and that I'm able to do this job safely with a little help.

The fused spur was for a security light I put up.
