Mostly to privatisation because that's happening now

Having parts run by private companies is not privatising the NHS, the same as having school meals run by private companies is not privatising schools, or waste management at councils run by outside companies is not privatising councils. Gas,water, electricity,phones are privatised, they are owned by shareholders, though they should be bought back into public ownership, same with rail and defence companies like BAE, buy them back.

It seems the more privatisation creeps in the more shambolic the NHS becomes.

Tory beneficiaries and their companies are positioning themselves nicely in the event private health care opportunists - American style - get their way. Its one big happy Tory clique.
