I'm not sure whether you are talking about avoiding income tax (not declaring income) or VAT? However, your last post......

The records could indeed show that an installer has fitted dozens of boilers. However, if each of those boilers was bought by the customer then there will be no material cost to the tradesman - i.e. no VAT due from the installer. You seem to be confused about VAT and income tax boyo.

Tax avoidance is tax avoidance boyo income tax or vat

Any way u started alll this with yer

I can't believe you have broadcast that you do cash jobs...
...done, yes.
When I first started I would say it was probably 30% cash and the rest was cheque. Its zero cash now and 100% bank transfer. I cant believe you and transam don't realise it's not a crime to be paid in cash. Dumb doesn't justify.(y)

no probs at all being paid in cash, as long as it's declared. Never been in the position of being able to be paid in cash. So totally transparent to our beloved, incompetent, HMRC.
