It has been left for 2 months with no change to the display.
Then I reset it and still no change.

Octopus Smart Meter IHD 3 Issue

She never got any instructions apart from a quick start guide for the IHD3.
It has been left for 2 months with no change to the display.
Then I reset it and still no change.
If the actual gas meter is showing no signs of life, she needs to urgently contact Octopus to have them sort it out.
If the IHD3 also not showing any gas consumption, then the gas meter is failing to relay its readings to the electric meter, therefore it will not be passing them on to Octopus. Again, get in touch with Octopus.
If you log into her account on the Octopus website, if the readings are getting through, then the consumption should be listed there too.
