One rush hour morning i noticed a woman at a junction, chatting away on the mobile while making eyes at anyone who might let her into the flow of traffic.
As a loyal gesture to the wife i resisted the urge and shuffled by.
A short while later i took a rear shunt .( only slow speed )
I looked in the mirror to see the same woman mouthing the word SORRY to me ( oh thats ok then ). Shes still on the bl**dy phone and i can see her telling her mate how shed just hit another car and laughing about it!!
..Felt like having a michael douglas moment , ( ever seen Falling Down ?)

I think she must have been married to the mug the way she had her lips around it total disregard for other motorists.

I have noticed that driving inability varies with the region, people seem to have different driving styles.

For instance, I have only just got used to the way the to**ers round here drive (i.e. forcing their way onto roundabouts by straightlining them at high-speed, and turning right from the lefthand lane of a roundabout). But I drove in Luton last week and couldn't fathom out what they were doing. No problems with the roundabouts, they seem to understand these fully. But filter lanes were their "to**er" trademark.

Just what would happen if you had gone back to her car, grabbed her mobile and thrown it under the wheels of a passing lorry?

I had some wazzock minicab driver take me off my bicycle. When I climbed off the roof of his car, he got out and finished his phonecall before even acknowledging me!

The other day I was thinking, I notice far more people talking on the phone as they drive. Is this because it is illegal I notice it, or are people actually doing it more now?

in your case adam probably the former? I personally think it has died down quite considerably since it became illegal.
