No I meant letting unknown potential terrorists that hate the west enter the country willy nilly gaining our trust then eventually causing harm that kind of thing.

If you invade their lands, kill their families, destroy their homes, farms, villages, town, cities, and hospitals, and make a point of bulldozing their sewage plants, water supplies, and even cemeteries, you can be pretty sure of maximising the people who hate you.

Well they are hardly going to thank you so I suppose they won't like you very much, hate is a bit of a strong word.

They wouldn't necessarily and automatically hate you no. They may dislike you or hold a grudge against you but hate is a very strong word.
