Are you sure? it's been like that for about 3 or 4 days now. It looked pretty solid as I recall

Let the water level drop to normal. Put some toilet paper on the water surface. Tip in a bucket of water quickly; the bigger the bucket the better, the higher you can get it the better (stand on a chair), the faster it goes in the better. Often works, if not drain snake, etc..
 
Water level has returned to normal now, so I assume it's broken up and gone away.
